FWD Careers Terms & Conditions

Before you finalize your purchase for job search coaching, please take a moment to agree to the terms and conditions at checkout. By completing your purchase, you're confirming your agreement to the following:

  • Career coaching sessions are designed to provide guidance and support in your job search and career development. They do not guarantee job placement.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled without sufficient notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • All coaching services are non-refundable once sessions have begun. If you have not yet started your coaching sessions and wish to cancel, please contact us at least 1 week before your scheduled start date for a full refund.

  • All discussions during coaching sessions are confidential and will not be shared outside of the sessions without your consent.

  • We use Google Meets for all video calls, however if you live in the downtown Toronto area, we can provide in person sessions at request. Please email info@fwdcareers.com

  • FWD Careers is not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our coaching services.

  • By purchasing career coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
