Our review turnaround time is generally 2-5 business days from the moment we receive your payment and necessary documents.
By ordering, you acknowledge and accept this estimated time frame. We focus on quality over speed, so please allow for the possibility of slight delays.
Reviews and edits are delivered via email (in a google doc) and are not conducted as live sessions; this means no phone or video interactions are included.
The service is considered complete once we've sent back your reviewed or edited resume via a google docs link.
All sales are final. If circumstances change after your purchase (like landing a new job or changing your mind), we're unable to offer refunds due to the limited nature of our services and the potential impact on other clients.
It's your responsibility to proofread and verify the accuracy of your documents before using them. You're not obliged to implement any advice or suggestions provided by FWD Careers and doing so is at your own discretion.
